What are the main reasons caused low low water level in boiler?

Low low water level may be caused by many reasons:

• Feed water system- feed tank is empty, feed pump failure, automation control failure or other isolation from the feed system
• Serious leakage on the water contacting area
• Blow down valve is accidentally opened
